Operations Nuts and Bolts is a basic training that is useful for new hires and updating experienced employees. Operations Nuts and Bolts is available online from any location with Internet access. It is designed for the budget limited resort or HOA to get quality training for those that touch your owners the most.

Your company will be given general logins for all of the employees to use. Training modules will include reinforcement quizzes that are not tracked for performance. Monthly fees will apply.

Tracked Training

If you want to track the performance of your employees, we can also set your company up with the same quality training, but also tracking of employee performance. Modules will include graded quizzes, and you will get reporting of how well your employees perform on the quizzes and how fast they are able to work through the modules. Each employee has a unique login that tracks their performance.

Customized Training

If your training needs require customized modules, then Operations Nuts and Bolts is just the start.

We can take your current training, or even training you would like to have, and develop online training specifically for you. Your employees can be tracked for both progress and quiz performance.
